This article will guide you through installing our QuoteToMe app integration within Procore.

 
Prerequisites: Your completed QuoteToMe Project Permissions Template.



  1. In the Procore App Marketplace, search for and install QuoteToMe.
  2. Visithttps://marketplace.procore.comOn the Procore App Marketplace home page, QuoteToMe is being entered into the search field, and the app appears below it for selection.
  3. You will be presented with the Install App dialogue. 
  4. Select your permitted projects from the drop-down list, then click Add.

  5. The projects you select from the Select Projects drop-down list will become available for integration with QuoteToMe.In the Add Permitted Projects window, a project is being selected from the "Select Projects" drop-down menu.

  6. Navigate to your company's Directory page.
        Top menu > Company Tools > Directory 

     

  7. Locate the quotetome user and click Edit.On the Directory page, the "Edit" button is highlighted for the "quotetome" DMSA 
    This account will be named with the format: quotetome-12345abcd (ending with a sequence of letters and/or numbers).


  8. Select Default Template under the New Project Settings header.
     
  9. Select QuoteToMe Integration from the template drop-down menu, Apply.
     
  10. Change the Directory to Admin

  11. Select the checkmark Add quotetome-12345 to all new projects in (your company name).

     
  12. Change the template to QuoteToMe Integration for all projects that have already been added to the service account before this step:     
    • Scroll down to the Current Project Settings header, and select Change Template.
      This header is near the bottom of the page.On the Project Settings page, the Current Project Settings header, and the Change Template link are both is highlighted with a red box.  
    • Select the QuoteToMe Integration project permissions template (which you created already) from the Template drop-down menu.


    • Click Apply
    • Click Save

 

Your Procore project and vendor data will begin to sync with QuoteToMe!
