In QuoteToMe, project team members are assigned project roles which grant them specific privileges within a project.

 



About project roles


There are three roles:


Member

Members can view and create orders on the project.


Feature access:

 

> Create orders

> Send PO to supplier

 


Subscribed

Member privileges + notifications for all POs in a project.

 

Feature access:

 

> Member, and:

> PO notifications

 


Authority

Subscribed privileges + approves change orders & invoices.


Feature access:

 

> Subscribed, and:

> Approve change orders & invoices

> Escalations

 


By default, each user is added as a Member, and they can be changed to Subscribed or Project Authority at any time.

  

Easily assign a team member to a role by selecting this from the Project Roles drop-down menu!
